This award, now in its second year, is
open to all journalists, whether from "trade", business, technical
or general media, for the best published article or broadcast
item on the subject of liquid food processing.

Farm diversification featured
prominently in the entries to the new Tetra Pak Processing
Solutions Award for journalists. The criterion for entries
was that that they must further our understanding and
appreciation of the processed liquid food industry.

– Supreme Champions
Dairy Crest, Davidstow was awarded
not only the top prize in the Single Extra Mature Cheddar
Cheese class, sponsored by Tetra Pak Processing UK, at
the Nantwich International Cheese Show but went on to win
the prestigious Supreme Championship at the event.

When Fredericks Dairies announced
plans to invest £10 million in a new ice cream
production centre..... they asked Tetra Pak Processing
UK to design the mixing plant and the liquid and ice
cream mix, all of which was completed as a full turnkey
project. |

after CPS acquisition
Following the acquisition of CPS
from Carlisle Companies by Tetra Pak, Tetra Pak Processing
UK Ltd will market an extended range of cheese production
equipment and services supplied by the newly formed Tetra
Pak Cheese and Powder Systems (Tetra Pak CPS). |
